OEM Toyota Part #: 90116-10150

We recommend kit T120767 (12 & 21) if you are replacing all the nuts. The 12/21 kit adds 9 more nuts (all new nuts for the cross over pipe). We don’t recommend replacing the 3 studs at the back of each exhaust manifold or the 3 at the bottom of the cross over pipe. If any of those studs are damaged or come out with the nut, only replace those. It is a very difficult location and that is why we recommend you not replace if not needed.
