L52 5 speed transmissions are completely rebuilt by 1 builder including the top plate. All syncro rings, bearings and seals are replaced as well as any hard part that do not meet our quality standards. The main case is sand blasted, cleaned and surfaced before several coats of ceramic black are applied. The rear housing get a similar treatment. The top plate is completely stripped bare, All shift shafts are polished and checked for wear, The shift forks are cleaned, inspected and replaced as needed. the top plate housing gets sand blasted, surfaced and painted, We then replace all seals with genuine Toyota seals and reassemble the top plate with new oil plugs. All hardware is original Toyota with fresh gold Zink plating. Theses transmissions look amazing and work even better!
