22R 22RE 2.4L Coolant Pipe Genuine
(between mid and lower radiator hose)
22RE OEM Coolant Pipe is 1 of 4 steel coolant tubes on the 22R & 22RE engine. This one is located on the driver side of the engine just behind the alternator. It connects the middle and lower radiator hoses. It is very common for these tubes to be rusted through or very close to it. If you see 1 rotten tube, there’s a good chance the others will be as well. This is one of those parts that takes zero effort to change during an engine swap but not so fun later.
