COOLANT PIPE O-RING 22R 22RE (bottom of intake manifold) 81-95 EFI and CARB
This is the magic O-ring under the intake manifold on EFI engines or under the temp sensor block on carb engines. It sits on the coolant pipe that runs under either carb or EFI manifolds (underside right in the center). This O-ring isn’t included in ANY gasket set, even from Toyota!
Don’t even try to use a regular O-ring (we’ve done it and it never works!) I know……$4 is way too much for this dumb little o-ring. But…. it works and trust me, this is THE WORST spot for a coolant leak on a 22R/22RE. As always, a genuine Toyota part.
