The hole in the injector cup is 0.391.

The O.D. of the pintle tip installed on an injector is 0.398.

These Pintle Tips can also be used on a 1988-1995 3VZ 3.0L with a modification to the injector cup. The hole in the cup will need to be slightly

We run a drill bit through the hole in the bottom of the injector cup to allow the pintle tip to sit at the proper height. 

We recommend using either drill bit Y = 0.404 or 13/32 = 0.406.
