VF2 Top Shift Transfer Case

Description

Yota1 Performance rebuilt VF2 Top Shift chain drive transfer case for select Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma drivetrain applications. The VF2 is a chain-driven transfer case used to transfer power from the transmission to the front and rear driveline in part-time four-wheel-drive Toyota applications.

Fits primarily 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner and 1995.5-2004 Toyota Tacoma applications. Available configurations include Automatic 2.7L / 3.4L 23 spline, Manual 3.4L R150F 23 spline, and Manual 3RZ 2.7L W59 26 spline.

Core charge: A $450.00 core charge applies Core must be returned in rebuildable condition to qualify for refund.

Factory Low Range

The factory Toyota VF2 transfer case uses a 2.57:1 low-range reduction ratio. For most trail riding, overlanding, hunting, and general off-road use, this ratio performs exceptionally well and has helped establish Toyota’s reputation for reliability on and off the pavement.
