The R-Series Input Shaft Short 1988-2015 is a critical Drive Chassis component within the Manual Transmission Gear system of your Toyota Vehicle. It’s essential role is to transfer rotational power from the engine to the transmission, transferring engine power into movement of the vehicle.

During normal use this part links to the clutch and effectively transmits torque to the gearbox.  As time passes this part may become worn down or even damaged, severely impacting its ability to function normally. A broken input shaft can result in an inefficient transmission, leading to poor vehicle performance or even an entire transmission failure. Occasional replacement of this part is extremely important to avoid these catastrophic failures of your system.
