3VZ 3.0L Exhaust Crossover Delete Kit 

This Kit deletes the Exhaust crossover pipe found on the 3VZ 3.0L, It will eliminate the hot spot that is created at the #6 cylinder. The factory crossover pipe’s flawed design is the main cause of the notorious cylinder #6 head gasket failure that sends tons of 3VZ pick-ups and 4Runners to the scrap yard everyday!

Part # T120003L (left side) is used to block off the hole where the crossover pipe use to attach to the drivers side manifold.

Part # T120003R (right side) is a flange used to attach the new right side down pipe.

You will need to make a section of exhaust pipe to go between the new right side flange and the existing exhaust pipe. This can be done anywhere before the O2 sensor.

This Kit includes 2 Exhaust Rings and 6 OEM Exhaust Nuts.

NOT for use on Emission controlled vehicles in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PIPE SECTION!

Additional Exhaust work is required.
