3VZ 3.0L Knock Sensor sensor issues can be a tricky to diagnose, and replacing a sensor or harness in the vehicle is a big job. We install a new Genuine sensor and harness on all of our Complete 3VZ 3.0L Engines.
We’ve been bitten by knock sensors to many times. We encourage anyone replacing a 3VZ Engine to replace these at the same time.
NOTE: NEVER use an aftermarket knock sensor on this engine, they do not produce enough voltage and will almost always throw a P0325 code.
