This is an Genuine front crankshaft seal, This seal is in the oil pump right behind the front harmonic balancer pulley. We see a lot of 22R engines leaking from the front seal, clean up your engine compartment and protect your engine by replacing that worn out front seal.

We recommend replacing the oil pump o ring when replacing the front seal, It is easier to remove the oil pump and replace the seal on the bench, this also allows the pump to be inspected for wear.  The front pulley should also be inspected, look for a groove where the seal rides, if the pulley has a groove it should be replaced or a “seal saver” can be used.
