When replacing your Engine, it’s a great idea to look at all of your hoses for cracks and leaks. This Kit is all the replacement hoses and clamps needed with Genuine parts.

This kit comes complete with 9 hoses & 18 clamps. Here are the parts this kit consists of;

Radiator Hoses – Upper, Middle, & Lower with (6) size #20 hose clamps

Heater Hoses – Long, J Hose, & Short with (6) size #10 hose clamps

Bypass Hoses – 5/8 U-Hose, & Water Bypass Hose & Pipe to IAC and IAC to throttle body with (6) size #4 Hose Clamps. And (2) size #10 clamps.

Most Common Question about this Hose Kit: Does this kit work for a Turbo 22RTE application?

ANSWER:

It is possible to replace all hoses on that engine using this kit, bulk and random molded hoses from the local part store. It may not look amazing, but it will work.

Upper and lower radiator hoses will work. The Factory mid hose is discontinued with no known replacement available. If someone doesn’t “re-pop” this hose soon, we will do it.

Small hose from heater control valve to heater core and “j” shape hose from control valve to metal pipe will work, long hose from heater core to mid radiator hose can be worked around using the upper section of the hose in this kit, a 5/8 hose repair barb or coolant flush valve and a section of bulk hose.

All bypass hoses will also work. “U” shape hose from short metal pipe at passenger back of timing cover to fitting at bottom of intake will work, all 3 small bypass hoses work, intake to throttle body, throttle body to IAC and IAC to pipe will also work.

Hoses to and from the CT20 turbo are not in this kit but can be worked around with bulk hose and or random pre-molded hoses.

The only hose that you won’t use in this kit is the mid radiator hose.
