️ Precision Restoration & Customization Process

Each valve cover undergoes a meticulous multi-step process:

• Inspection: Covers are carefully checked for cracks and damaged threads.

• Cleaning: Deep-cleaned in our jet wash cabinet to remove all contaminants.

• CNC Machining: Baffle is removed, and new holes are precisely drilled and tapped.

• Powder Coating: Finished in a durable, matte black powder coat for a clean, modern look.

• Reassembly: Cleaned baffles are reinstalled using new 1/4-20 button head bolts. Hardware, baffles, and Loctite are included for easy self-installation. Baffles remain removable for future maintenance.
