Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier transit estimates and begin after your order has shipped. Transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond Yota1 Performance's control.
For expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day), orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Yota1 Performance is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, or lost packages. However, if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
