Yota1 charges sales tax on merchandise ordered through this website based on the applicable California sales tax rate for California residents only. We are not obligated to collect sales tax for any other state.

Deposits on Engines, Transmissions, Transfer Cases, or 3rd Members
Deposits are refundable only if the item has not been built or machined.
- If the item has not been built or machined, your deposit will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.
- If the item has already been built or machined, the deposit is non-refundable.
Return Policy
Engine Returns
We build quality engines with pride and extend a one (1) year warranty on most of our engines. Please ensure the engine you order is the correct engine for your application, as we do not accept returns on engines.
Our policy on engines is: NO RETURNS accepted.
Transmission & Differential Returns
We build quality transmissions and differentials with pride and extend a one (1) year warranty on most of our transmissions and differentials. Please ensure the transmission or differential you order is correct for your application, as we do not accept returns on transmissions or differentials.

Parts Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on most parts within 60 days of the order date. Electrical components are non-returnable.
To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and uninstalled. All returns must be processed with an RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number, please email returns@209yota1.com. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Once approved, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Refunds are issued by check mailed to the billing address on file. Please allow 30–45 business days from the date of delivery for refund processing.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not shipped. If an item has already shipped, you may still return it after delivery as long as it meets the guidelines of our return policy. A refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be issued after the item is returned and inspected.

In the event of diversity of citizenship, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States District Court. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Yota1 regarding this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written. No modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless authorized by Yota1.
