RF1A Gear Driven REMANUFACTURED Transfer Case with Trail-Gear Dual Case Adapter installed with second gear reduction case.
All assembled Dual Case sets feature 2.28 gears in the front case and 4.7 gears in the rear case. Rear transfer case is a Top Shifting style case.
Match the transmission output shaft spline count, it will either be 21 or 23-spline, see the chart below for application guide. You can choose the front case shifter style to also match the transmission and application you are using. Also, there is the option for the rear case being set up for standard or twin-sticks. By choosing to have the rear case set up for twin-sticks the 2WD/4WD interlock pin will not be installed allowing for a twin-stick top shifters to be used. With twin-sticks will allow you to independently shift High/Low and 2WD/4WD.
All transfer case do not include shift levers.
This transfer case is remanufactured with Trail-Gear and OEM Components. The low-speed gear, countershaft, and input shaft are all Trail-Gear. It uses Genuine Toyota Seals, OEM Output shaft, Idler shaft, and High-Speed gears. The bearings are Koyo and feature Triple Drilled Flanges.
All transfer case pieces are glass beaded and all surfaces are machined flat, to ensure a perfect seal.

Transmission Compatibility Information:
Trucks equipped with V6 engines and Turbocharged 4 Cyl engine will have 23-Spline output shafts and will require 23-spline input on the transfer case. All other engine applications will be 21-spline. Note: The R150F that was equipped in the 1988-1995 3VZ-FE V6 trucks will require an addition adapter to run dual cases.
